The following words and terms, when used with this Agreement, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

10. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time as set out in clause 8 below. It is your responsibility to check from time to time and see whether there is a notification of change in accordance with clause 8 below.

You are acting on your own behalf;
You are not restricted by limited legal capacity;
You are not classified as a compulsive gambler;

In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, our decision will be final and binding.

We may at any time, without prior notice to you, terminate your use of the Online Gaming Platform and block your Player Account if found that you are in breach of any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement or that you are otherwise acting illegally.
We reserve the right to transfer, assign, and sublicense or pledge this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any person without notice and you will be deemed to consent to such assignment.

This Agreement is effective when you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that you are bound by this Agreement if you use the Online Gaming Platform.
